This episode explores IN TWO, the acclaimed 1997 acoustic duet album by Tommy Halferty and guitarist Mike Nielsen, released by Improvised Music Company.
Setting aside electric guitars, the duo blended steel-string and classical styles to create a richly intimate sound. The album features original works and fresh interpretations—including a standout version of Blackbird by The Beatles.
Following its release, the pair toured internationally, with a celebrated appearance at a Tel Aviv guitar festival praised by the Jerusalem Post.
