Nigel Mooney, widely regarded as one of Ireland's leading jazz singer and guitarists is back for his annual Christmas show at Arthur's Blues & Jazz Club on 13th of December.

From Málaga, Spain, we are delighted to welcome Daniel Torres, a renowned international jazz saxophonist. Daniel studied at prestigious institutions such as the Conservatorium van Amsterdam, SUNY Purchase in New York, and Humber College in Toronto.

With his unique style and virtuoso technique, Richie Buckley, a self-taught saxophone player, is internationally recognised as one of Ireland’s leading jazz performers. He has been described as "extraordinary" (Irish Times, 2001), "something of a genius… a world reputation amongst saxophonists" (Irish Times, 1999) and a musician whose "playing manages to be simultaneously passionate and gentle, romantic and elegiac." (Sunday Independent, 2001)

The Lounge Quartet have built up a strong following in their Sunday tenure at Walters. Delivering swinging standards from the Great American Songbook, this jazz band is sure to provide the ideal soundtrack to your chill out Sunday.

Legendary blues guitarist and singer Nigel Mooney will perform songs form his fun-filled, critically acclaimed Christmas album includeing such gems as ‘Twenty-First Century Santa Claus Blues’, ‘Let’s Cancel Christmas For Jesus’s Sake’ and ‘It Ain’t Nobody’s Christmas But Our Own’ along with all the usual Christmas carols, standards and tunes - featuring Scott Flanigan and Dominic Mullan.

Organ Freeman specialises in the music of the bebop and hard bop idioms of the early 1950s and 60s. Playing standards by composers such as Miles Davis, Sonny Rollins, Wayne Shorter, and many more in the classic organ trio format.
