Koch Marshall Trio consists of American guitarist Greg Koch, his son Dylan Koch on drums, and Hammond B3 specialist Toby Lee Marshall. At the heart of this organ trio is a deep blues sensibility, but Greg’s compositions also draw on rock, funk, jazz and country, all delivered with heavy grooves, dynamic improvisation, a healthy dose of humour and occasional wild abandon.

Just like Django Reinhardt’s quintessential gypsy jazz band of the 1930’s, the ‘Quintette du Hot Club de France’, the Tenters are a 5-piece jazz band following in the footsteps of the greats with their lineup of viola, bass and 3 guitars.

Live Jazz Jam Session in the heart of Cork City every Thursday from 9pm. Hosted by a house band of some of Cork’s finest jazzers & humans. All are welcome to participate for a tune or two. If that’s not your bag then simply take in the atmosphere with some food & refreshments served until late.

The RTÉ Concert Orchestra honours the pop legend Peter Gabriel with an exciting and original jazz rock suite, arranged by Reinout Douma, founder and leader of Noordpool Orkest in Groningen. Douma is also the mastermind behind Radiohead, A Jazz Symphony, performed by the RTÉ CO at the NCH 2023 and 2025.
