After their acclaimed sold-out headline performances at Dublin’s Sugar Club, Cork Jazz Festival and Wexford Spiegeltent in 2024 former Saturday’s singer Una Healy & Ireland’s King Of Swing Luke Thomas along with The Swing Cats have just been announced their 2025 tour  They will perform at Dolans Limerick on November 30th.

Red Line Jazz are a hard-swinging quartet of Dublin professionals playing a repitoire of hard-bop, post-bop, and contemporary jazz. The band changes it up every week, but the vibe stays the same; serious swing, serious sound!

Many Christmas jazz classics were written in America in the 1940s, a period which also gave birth to the American crooner, performers who could exude an effortlessly cool swagger.

Nigel Mooney, widely regarded as one of Ireland's leading jazz singers and guitarists, is back for his annual Christmas show at Scott's Jazz Club on 12th of December. A charismatic figure on the Dublin jazz and blues scenes since the early 1980's, his Gripewater Blues Band spearheaded the blues movement in Ireland and drew many fans of both jazz and the blues.

A revolving roster of jazz and blues acts featuring some of Ireland's finest musicians from Richie Buckley and Chris Comhaill to Ben Prevo and Karl Clews. Expect fabulous music as the perfect backdrop to your Saturday afternoon.

Drawing on music from the likes of Chet Baker, George Benson, Frank Sinatra and some 50s and 60s hard-bop alongside a broad mix of music from the jazz tradition. Acclaimed as Ireland’s ‘ rising star’ of Jazz by The Irish Times. Charlie Moon , guitarist and vocalist stands out as a singular voice in the realms of cool jazz, blues and soul jazz.

With his unique style and virtuoso technique, Richie Buckley, a self-taught saxophone player, is internationally recognised as one of Ireland’s leading jazz performers. He has been described as "extraordinary" (Irish Times, 2001), "something of a genius… a world reputation amongst saxophonists" (Irish Times, 1999) and a musician whose "playing manages to be simultaneously passionate and gentle, romantic and elegiac." (Sunday Independent, 2001)

The Lounge Quartet have built up a strong following in their Sunday tenure at Walters. Delivering swinging standards from the Great American Songbook, this jazz band is sure to provide the ideal soundtrack to your chill out Sunday.

Legendary blues guitarist and singer Nigel Mooney will perform songs form his fun-filled, critically acclaimed Christmas album includeing such gems as ‘Twenty-First Century Santa Claus Blues’, ‘Let’s Cancel Christmas For Jesus’s Sake’ and ‘It Ain’t Nobody’s Christmas But Our Own’ along with all the usual Christmas carols, standards and tunes - featuring Scott Flanigan and Dominic Mullan.

Organ Freeman specialises in the music of the bebop and hard bop idioms of the early 1950s and 60s. Playing standards by composers such as Miles Davis, Sonny Rollins, Wayne Shorter, and many more in the classic organ trio format.

The Genuine Jazz Orchestra is a 17-piece Jazz Big Band, committed to bringing a new energy and passion to the music of Count Basie, Quincy Jones, Gil Evans, and other Big Band legends. Led by drummer Ben Cooper and multi-instrumentalist Podge Kilbride, our members share a hunger to preserve and energize the tradition of large jazz ensemble music. The band's personnel comprises a heady cocktail of nationally renowned jazz soloists, along with rising stars of the Dublin jazz scene. Featuring guest vocalist Charlie Moon, the Genuine Jazz Orchestra represents an exciting new addition to the vanguard of Irish jazz.
