The Lounge Quartet have built up a strong following in their Sunday tenure at Walters. Delivering swinging standards from the Great American Songbook, this jazz band is sure to provide the ideal soundtrack to your chill out Sunday.

Spend your Sunday evenings at Searsons of Baggot Street with their weekly jazz series led by Dublin-based vocalist and percussionist Cormac Kenevey. A staple of the Dublin jazz scene, Kenevey has been critically acclaimed for his recordings, live tours, and performances.

Our weekly jazz club curated by MOBO nominated drummer David Lyttle. The best Irish and International Jazz musicians, in the intimate setting of our upstairs bar. This week features John Moriarty (IRL).

Jazz jam session every Monday, hosted by Paul Dunlea. This is the original Jazz Improv in the city and features as part of the  Cork jazz festival every Oct. All players welcome.

Jazz at Egan’s of Aungier Street with The Leon Buckley Quartet every Wednesday from 8pm performing standards, with a mix of classic swing tunes and modern grooves.

Grab a pizza and a pint and enjoy some live jazz provided by some of Dublin's finest musicians. Expect tunes by the likes of Herbie Hancock, Weather Report and Sun Ra.

Swing into action this Wednesday night at Killester Donnycarney Football Club, with a powerhouse performance by The Essential Big Band—Dublin’s longest-running big band! From 9:30PM to 11:30PM, enjoy the bold brass, smooth sax, and timeless swing of a full 17-piece ensemble as they bring the music of Glenn Miller, Count Basie, Frank Sinatra, Bobby Darin, and more to life. It’s a feel-good night of classic big band favourites in a lively, welcoming atmosphere. Bring your friends and soak up the great vibes—live big band music has never sounded so good!

We’re delighted to welcome a legendary musical friendship to Dublin for a rare concert.

Tommy Halferty’s long-standing musical friendship with renowned ECM vocalist Norma Winstone has seen much-loved and critically-acclaimed tours and an album over many years of collaboration. The pair first met while teaching at Newpark Music School in the early 1990s, during one of Norma’s visits to Ireland where she also performed with the Noel Kelehan Big Band. From that moment, whenever Norma returned to Ireland, she consistently invited Tommy to perform alongside her.

The Soul of Motown – Featuring Connor Mc Keon & His Big Band

After ten consecutive sold-out shows with his legendary Legends of Swing production, Connor Mc Keon returns to the iconic National Concert Hall — and this time, he's bringing the soul.

Just like Django Reinhardt’s quintessential gypsy jazz band of the 1930’s, the ‘Quintette du Hot Club de France’, the Tenters are a 5-piece jazz band following in the footsteps of the greats with their lineup of viola, bass and 3 guitars.

Live Jazz Jam Session in the heart of Cork City every Thursday from 9pm. Hosted by a house band of some of Cork’s finest jazzers & humans. All are welcome to participate for a tune or two. If that’s not your bag then simply take in the atmosphere with some food & refreshments served until late.
