Annibali & Banda Brasilidade’s
Banda Brasilidade’s was born from the encounter of two passionate artists: Luisa Annibali, an Italian jazz singer, composer, and vocal coach, and William Alexandre, a Brazilian choro percussionist, dancer, and teacher. United by their love for music and their desire to further develop their artistic practices, they launched the first edition of the project on April 17, 2024. This debut event featured renowned musicians from diverse backgrounds, blending influences from samba, bossa nova, choro, and jazz.
Dimitris Angelakis Quartet - Limerick Jazz Festival 2025
Greek native vibraphonist, composer, educator and Fulbright Scholar Dimitris Angelakis has been on the scene for over a decade, having collaborated with some of the international jazz scene’s most prominent musicians as a bandleader, sideman and guest soloist. Dimitris’ first influence was his father, an acclaimed Greek trumpet player/arranger, but he also considers NY-based vibraphonist Christos Rafalides and Philadelphia-based vibraphonist/founder of vibesworkshop, Tony Miceli as connections that significantly impacted his career.

The Dirty Jazz club have been a massive part of the Dublin Jazz scene for around 15 years. Their focus is on the exploration and deconstruction of songs and an emphasis on creating a depth and textural soundscape on the melody, form and feel of the tunes.

Rory Conneally is an 18 year old jazz pianist who became the youngest winner of the Young Irish Jazz Musician competition in November 2024, where he delivered an outstanding performance to a live audience and a distinguished panel of judges led by composer Bill Whelan. His jazz piano style draws from diverse influences including Stevie Wonder’s soul music and jazz masters Herbie Hancock, Oscar Peterson, and Thelonious Monk.
