Organ Freeman – Irish jazz organ trio

Organ Freeman specialises in the music of the bebop and hard bop idioms of the early 1950s and 60s. Playing standards by composers such as Miles Davis, Sonny Rollins, Wayne Shorter, and many more in the classic organ trio format.

Inspired by sessions in mainland Europe, The Cookin' Sessions will feature an opening set by an Alt-Jazz band followed by a second set where attendees can join in and jam

There is no strict repertoire, but the jam session will be in the style of Alt-Jazz/Nu-Jazz/Soul/Hip-Hop - No pop/ rock covers. Either entirely improvised music or a tune everyone is happy to play that fits the genre.
