Just like Django Reinhardt’s quintessential gypsy jazz band of the 1930’s, the ‘Quintette du Hot Club de France’, the Tenters are a 5-piece jazz band following in the footsteps of the greats with their lineup of viola, bass and 3 guitars.

Live Jazz Jam Session in the heart of Cork City every Thursday from 9pm. Hosted by a house band of some of Cork’s finest jazzers & humans. All are welcome to participate for a tune or two. If that’s not your bag then simply take in the atmosphere with some food & refreshments served until late.

Agostino Di Gorgio – An internationally acclaimed American jazz guitarist, Agostino has been a major influence and direct mentor to the celebrated guitarist Pasquale Grasso. A devoted student of Barry Harris and Chuck Wayne, he has toured the world both as a bandleader and as a sideman. In addition to his performing career, Agostino is also an accomplished, world-class luthier.

Red Line Jazz are a hard-swinging quartet of Dublin professionals playing a repitoire of hard-bop, post-bop, and contemporary jazz. The band changes it up every week, but the vibe stays the same; serious swing, serious sound!

A third generation from the Buckley musical dynasty! Saxophonist Leon has followed in the family tradition of saxophone, after his father Michael Buckley and grandfather Dick Buckley; musicians who set the standard for jazz musicians of their generation.

A revolving roster of jazz and blues acts featuring some of Ireland's finest musicians from Richie Buckley and Chris Comhaill to Ben Prevo and Karl Clews. Expect fabulous music as the perfect backdrop to your Saturday afternoon.
