Jazz jam session every Monday, hosted by Paul Dunlea. This is the original Jazz Improv in the city and features as part of the  Cork jazz festival every Oct. All players welcome.

Singer, actress and entertainer Truly DiVine brings you an intimate evening filled with the songs and stories of Doris Day's life, dressed in petticoats and candy smiles.

Jazz at Egan’s of Aungier Street with The Leon Buckley Quartet every Wednesday from 8pm performing standards, with a mix of classic swing tunes and modern grooves.

Grab a pizza and a pint and enjoy some live jazz provided by some of Dublin's finest musicians. Expect tunes by the likes of Herbie Hancock, Weather Report and Sun Ra.

Let's get together and play jazz standards! Get your chord changes from iRealPro, and the heads from the Real Book. All and any instruments and singers are welcome. This is an event organized by the community.

Just like Django Reinhardt’s quintessential gypsy jazz band of the 1930’s, the ‘Quintette du Hot Club de France’, the Tenters are a 5-piece jazz band following in the footsteps of the greats with their lineup of viola, bass and 3 guitars.

He plays lap steel guitar and sings, he is an improviser and composer, song-maker, a visual and installation artist; film and video maker and radio arts producer.

Live Jazz Jam Session in the heart of Cork City every Thursday from 9pm. Hosted by a house band of some of Cork’s finest jazzers & humans. All are welcome to participate for a tune or two. If that’s not your bag then simply take in the atmosphere with some food & refreshments served until late.

The Levy/Robson Quartet returns this May following their riveting tour of Italy and the UK last autumn, with the fruit of that tour, a new musical offering – a brand-new album filled with original tunes (Livia Records, May 2026). The quartet plays music penned by both Levy and Robson. The music is innovative and contemporary whilst remaining highly melodic and groovy, with a strong sense of tradition mixed in with the diverse characteristics of each composer.

Red Line Jazz are a hard-swinging quartet of Dublin professionals playing a repitoire of hard-bop, post-bop, and contemporary jazz. The band changes it up every week, but the vibe stays the same; serious swing, serious sound!

Blossom Dearie’s singular, wispy vocal style—paired with her elegant, rhythmically playful piano work—made her a beloved figure from New York to Paris, ultimately leading to a celebrated residency in London. Admired by fellow innovators Miles Davis and Bill Evans for her minimalist yet harmonically sophisticated approach, Dearie recorded for Capitol Records and later for Fontana in England, naming the live album Blossom Time at Ronnie Scott’s as her personal favorite.

A revolving roster of jazz and blues acts featuring some of Ireland's finest musicians from Richie Buckley and Chris Comhaill to Ben Prevo and Karl Clews. Expect fabulous music as the perfect backdrop to your Saturday afternoon.
