The group presents a rich musical journey that spans the Roaring ’20s and ’30s, the darker corners of Europe, and the gates of Byzantium, bringing it all firmly into the 21st century with a repertoire drawn from both sides of the Atlantic.
Alongside this, the band has crafted original compositions infused with Balkan, Latin, and other global influences—along with a few unexpected modern twists.
The result is a lush, atmospheric sound delivered through sumptuous vocals, strings, and reeds, woven together in a hypnotic Gypsy jazz style.
The group has just released its debut album, TOLKA HOT CLUB, now available on Bandcamp and all major streaming platforms.
