Pop, Soul and Jazz from upcoming Limerick-based singer Edwina Van Kuyk
Edwina van Kuyk is a pop-soul artist from Limerick, Ireland. Her debut EP ‘Feels So Right’ was released on October 28th and received strong national radio support, earning airplay on stations including RTÉ 2FM, 98FM & Today FM. The title track was named RTÉ 2FM’s ‘Track of The Week’ with a recent live performance on Virgin Media’s ‘The Six O’Clock Show’.
Her latest release ‘Find My Way’ has been widely embraced by Irish audiences and tastemakers alike. The track was featured on Spotify’s editorial playlist ‘Fresh Finds Pop’, named Track of the Week on SPIN, and received extensive national radio play across RTÉ 2FM, Today FM, Cork’s Red FM, Spin SW, Flirt FM, Dublin City FM, and Clare FM.
Her previous releases have drawn widespread recognition, including being named Hot Press ‘Track of the Day’ and landing spots on key playlists like The Last Mixed Tape, IMRO ‘New Music Ireland,’ MCD, and Golden Plec.
Beyond the studio, Edwina has collaborated as a vocalist and songwriter on numerous projects both in Ireland and internationally. Her dynamic live performances have taken her to Ireland’s top venues including The Ruby Sessions, Dolans, The International, The Workman’s, and Crow Bar, as well as festivals such as Electric Picnic, Longitude, and All Together Now.
She’s been a featured support for artists such as NIYL, Little Hours, and Steve Wickham at venues like Whelan’s, Pepper Canister Church, and Dolans.
Edwina’s reach extends globally, with performances on Argentina’s Perros de la Calle radio and at celebrated US venues including The Bluebird Café (Nashville) and The Continental Club (Austin).
