Widely regarded as one of the most influential figures in jazz history, Coltrane's groundbreaking work as a saxophonist, composer and bandleader helped redefine the possibilities of modern jazz. From the hard bop innovations of Blue Train to the spiritual explorations of A Love Supreme, his music continues to inspire musicians and listeners around the world.
Taking place in the intimate surroundings of The Big Romance, one of Dublin's leading listening bars, the evening will feature selections from Coltrane's recorded legacy played on the venue's renowned custom-built audiophile sound system. Designed to deliver exceptional clarity and depth, the system offers an ideal setting to experience the power, beauty and innovation of Coltrane's music as it was meant to be heard.
