Gediminas Karkauskas – Born in Lithuania, Gediminas is a jazz and classically trained pianist based in Dublin for over 20 years. He studied at the Royal Conservatory of The Hague and completed his Masters at the Dublin Institute of Technology Conservatory of Music. He has performed extensively across Europe and Ireland, including jazz festivals in the Baltic States, major venues like the National Concert Hall, and prestigious international stages such as Carnegie Hall. His debut album Lost Suite received global acclaim, charted in the US for 15 weeks, and was praised for blending jazz and classical influences. He regularly performs solo and in trio settings at top venues like London’s The Archduke.
Cormac O’Brien – An accomplished bassist, Cormac began music studies early and earned a BA in Jazz Performance from Newpark Music Centre. A versatile performer, he has worked with many Irish and international artists, including Louis Stewart, Bobby Watson, Ernie Watts, and Stan Sulzmann, and appeared in London West End productions such as Come From Away. He is also Department Chair in Jazz and Contemporary Music at Dublin City University, teaching ensembles and instrumental classes.
