We’re thrilled to welcome one of the worlds leading jazz musicians with his band to Arthur’s.Known for his international collaborations with visiting musicians such as Jack Dejohnette, Buster Williams and Cassandra Wilson, Colligan has assembled an all-star cast for this concert: Dave Redmond is one of Europes leading jazz bassists; Stéphane Mercier is one of the most in-demand saxophonists on the European jazz scene, and when coupled with Darren Beckett's dynamic drumming, this exciting ensemble create a captivating sonic landscape that transcends traditional jazz boundaries.

Listeners can expect a rich tapestry of sound, where each track unfolds with a perfectbalance of structure and spontaneity. Colligans compositions, characterized byintricate melodies and thoughtful arrangements, provide the perfect canvas for thequartet’s collective improvisation.From the pulsating rhythms, jaw dropping piano solos, soulful saxophone solos, andthe deep resonance of the double bass, this quartet takes the audience on amesmerizing journey through the realms of contemporary jazz.
