Event Description

Banda Brasilidade’s was born from the encounter of two passionate artists: Luisa Annibali, an Italian jazz singer, composer, and vocal coach, and William Alexandre, a Brazilian choro percussionist, dancer, and teacher. United by their love for music and their desire to further develop their artistic practices, they launched the first edition of the project on April 17, 2024. This debut event featured renowned musicians from diverse backgrounds, blending influences from samba, bossa nova, choro, and jazz.

Since then, the project has continued to flourish, gaining recognition and attracting musicians and enthusiasts alike.

On September 27th they will present the album ‘TENTATIVA’ that they recorded with Julio Batista, one of the main musicians that started the project with them. A mix of Choro, Samba, Bossanova and original music in potuguese and italian.

More than just a band, Banda Brasilidade’s serves as a cultural bridge, offering audiences a profound sense of connection and belonging through music. It creates an inclusive environment where people from different cultures and nationalities get together to appreciate the richness and joy of Brazilian Music. Each edition reaffirms the idea that music is a universal language—one that has the power to unite, inspire, and heal.
