In August 2022, the world lost one of the finest jazz organists to grace a stage. The great Joey DeFrancesco, who played with Miles Davis and recently here in Belfast with Van Morrison, passed away aged 51.
To celebrate his contribution to the world of jazz and jazz organ, we’re putting on a special night of Hammond organ jazz to explore DeFrancesco’s legacy. Scott Flanigan, on Hammond organ, will be joined by the incredible Stephen McClenahan, alongside with powerhouse drummer Andrew McCoubrey for an explosive night of jazz, funk, and soul, playing music by musicians as diverse as Gershwin, Michael Jackson, and Herbie Hancock.

Scott's Jazz Club is a Thursday night Jazz concert/ livestream event at Ballyhackamore club on No. 1 Sandown Road, East Belfast. The concert price is £15 and includes Bangladeshi finger food . The drink prices are really low as well!
