Each week features a rotating line-up of some of Ireland’s finest jazz musicians, alongside our regular backline, creating a fresh and vibrant musical experience every time.

Pizza Jazz at Lucky's (Live Trio)

Scott's Jazz Club Presents: Nye Banfield Quartet
English saxophonist Nye Banfield is a distinctly creative saxophonist and composer. His music has a raw and earthy organic quality, painting visceral scenes inspired by his life experiences. Having spent nearly 10 years cutting his teeth in South East London, Nye is now based in Birmingham where he is forming the next chapter of his career.
Cuideachta
Led by Steve Welsh, a veteran of the New York jazz scene, Cuideachta is a new powerhouse Irish quartet. Since arriving in 2020, Welsh has brought a burst of creative energy to the Dublin jazz scene.

Fresh from his recent collaboration with legendary arranger Guy Barker and the RTÉ Concert Orchestra, celebrated Irish jazz vocalist Cormac Kenevey brings his signature blend of smooth phrasing, effortless swing, and wry charm to the Scott’s Jazz Club stage.
Dayramir Gonzalez (Cuba)
CUBAN PIANIST, COMPOSER, MUSIC VISIONARY
Yamaha Artist Dayramir Gonzalez, is a three-time Cubadisco award-winner and the first Cuban national to receive Berklee College of Music’s “Presidential Scholarship” and the 2013 Wayne Shorter Award for most outstanding jazz composer. In 2012, he was a headliner in Carnegie Hall’s “Voices of Latin America Series,” invited by Chucho Valdes to represent the young generation of Cuban jazz pianists. His latest album “The Grand Concourse” was named one of the Top 40 albums of 2018 and received 4.5 stars from Downbeat.

Frankly Sinatra Sean Hession
Sean Hession's early affinity with Frank Sinatra and the Big Band era forged an introduction to performing. Accruing vast professional experience and a wide-ranging repertoire of classic standards (800 +) spanning the 20's to the '60s, he is well known for his uncanny resemblance to the sound of Sinatra.
