Jazz Allstars is a jazz supergroup celebrated for their annual headlining performances at Crane Lane Theatre's Jazz Festival in Cork.
This all-star ensemble features some of the biggest names in international jazz: Ryan Quigley on trumpet, Paul Booth and Derreck 'Doc' O’Connor on saxophone, Paul Dunlea on trombone, Michael Janisch on bass, Scott Flanigan on piano, and Thomas Tomas Gall on drums.
The group is known for their high-energy sets, which expertly blend classic standards with modern jazz and spontaneous improvisation. Their performance is a highlight of the festival, drawing a crowd with a mix of virtuosity, deep grooves, and collaborative artistry that celebrates both Cork’s jazz legacy and new directions in the genre.

Part of the Cork Heritage pub trail, the Crane Lane Theatre is located in the remains of an old Gentleman's Club in the dead centre of Cork City and has been the scene of many a notorious event over the last 100 years.
