On the October Bank Holiday Jazz weekend 2025 in Cork, relax at Hayfield Manor with some gentle live jazz music and delicious food.
Our annual Jazz Brunch will begin at 1.00pm on Saturday 25th & Sunday 26th October, with our musical entertainment creating the perfect atmosphere with timeless jazz classics. Brunch will commence in Hayfield Manor's signature restaurant, Orchids with a glass of bubbles on arrival.
Enjoy a continental brunch buffet, featuring delicious breads, cereals and pastries, along with a selection of cheeses and cured meats. For the main event, enjoy a selection of hot dishes which are made to order from the kitchen. Complete your brunch with a visit (or two!) to the gourmet dessert buffet, for which Hayfield Manor has become renowned.
The Brewhouse Jazz Quartet will play on Saturday 25th and Conor O'Shea, The Loungeman, will play on Sunday 26th.
