The original home of jazz in Cork, The Metropole Hotel, returns in 2025 as the beating heart of the Guinness Cork Jazz Festival with its iconic Jazz Festival Club.
From Friday 24th to Sunday 26th October, experience an unforgettable weekend filled with rhythm, soul, and style across multiple stages under one roof. Expect a vibrant blend of swing, funk, blues, and groove from top Irish and international artists – all set in the electric atmosphere only The Met can offer.
Guests are free to move between stages and soak up the buzz of Cork’s most legendary jazz venue. Whether you're a die-hard jazz fan or just looking for an incredible night out, Make it the Met!
This year’s Jazz Festival Club at The Metropole Hotel promises an unforgettable musical journey with an outstanding line-up of talent spanning swing, soul, funk, gospel, and contemporary jazz. Guests can look forward to incredible performances from The Swing Bandits featuring The Loungeman and the sensational New Brass Kings. The atmosphere will be electric with appearances by crowd favourites like The Swing Cats, The Motones, and Le Hot Club Quintet, alongside the smooth stylings of Harry Connolly’s Jazz Friends, Lamorotte, and the Starlight Trio. Festival-goers will also enjoy the dynamic sounds of the Paul Dunlea Quintet, the soulful voice of Fiona Kennedy and the powerful vocals of Laoise Leahy. Rounding out the stellar line-up are the internationally acclaimed Paul Booth, the energetic Novu, saxophonist Gary Baus, and the mesmerising Songstress Quartet.

Please note festival attendees will need to produce a valid form of I.D. with their ticket on the evening to gain access to the Jazz Festival Club . Management reserve the right to refuse admission.
